Hi, please advice any option on what to do if my tenant doesn't pay room fee for the mutually agreed rate. As my flatmate did, just leave without the 1 month notice of information so no time to look for another party and the flat rent has to be paid by me as the flat holder. Is there anything i could do to atleast make this person learn his lesson of running away from his social responsibility?

you can not do anything about it, but in future what you can do is :

Get The ID copy of your Tent

Let him sign the contract

Let him pay one month advance

hope this will work well for you.
