What to cancel & who do I need to tell?

Hi all.

I am moving abroad in August and a number of things have crossed my mind with one of these being who I need to tell here in the UK.

Here are the things I have considered so far:

British Telecom - these are hard work...
Doctors (Do I need to tell them?)
Vodafone - make sure renewal is not automatic
Car insurance - selling the car
Tax man - I am sure there is a form I need to fill in....
My pension???? - Do I need to tell these?
My teaching union
Council tax

I must have missed something!!! Anything else anyone can think of?

Well the employer has not offered me that and not a lot of things so I am considering the offer at the moment but that is being taken care of. Either way, I am leaving the UK and the UK tax system...robbing *****!

Make sure that even with single accommodations your employer knows and is willing to help you sponsor your wife.
