What is the best way to find the villa of your choice?

Hi,

I'm new to the area and finding it tedious to get hold of good information about villas. I am sure there are many of you out there who have had the same experience. What is the best way of seeing several villas at once in a particular area? Who knows of 4 bed villas available at present ~12-15K in a compound.

I have tried the Qatar Living accom pages but tedious to ring every number, get nobody then carry on, one at a time.

Does aybody know a good agent that will actively seek out the villa you want?

Many agents will charge you for their services, which usually is quite a lot of cash!

Buy the Peninsula newspaper for 2 riyals from carrefour and check their classifieds, you'll find a lot of compound villas advertised in there, some directly from landlords so no commission.
