we had an accident yesterday at LULU hypermarket on parking place. A person just scrached our car while parking, may be he doesnt know how to park. n we called police and they said come to the trafiice police office at airport side..... so we went there. they charge us 20qr for complaining and doesn't charge anything to the him. i just want to clear that why it is like that???????????????? we did any mistake???????

The one who did mistake has to pay 100 Qr fine plus 20 QR for repair paper. This is the rule. ( I dont know whether he has to pay fine if no damage to his car). The 20 riyal you paid is the stamp fee for your repair paper.

Police is correct. Seems they didnt find anything to support your complaint.
