Unfurnished/ Semi furnished apartments in Doha
Hey guys
Just wondering if the semi furnished apartments come with wall closets in the bedrooms and kitchen cup boards.Am talking about the new apartments.
Secondly, how is the quality of new apartments in Doha?
Need to know what to bring with me - whether to bring wall closets from IKEA?

I have been helping a friend look for a semi furnished apartment and also saw no closets and those that had closets has small ones.
The middle East has not heard of closet space....bring as many as you can!

most unfurnished apartments i saw, come with water heater, and cupboard in kitchen, i am yet to see one with a built in closet in the wall, new apartments in doha also vary, i recently rented in a new building, the building was finished in less than a year, so you could expect the finishing is lousy, but of-course i would prefer a new building always because they are usually cleaner, insect free, and look better on the outside, however just so that you dont repeat the critical error i made when i was looking for a house, dont agree to rent an apartment that is still being finished, even if it just needs minor things done to it, because once you settle in, they tend to drag their feet, also, dont take too long to consider a house, because if you think the price is a one off, then it must be a one off, and by the time it takes for you to think twice, the apartment is usually gone...........
