as per message in mobile igot over speed ichecked in moi system there showing parking in way and time shows at mid night iam not gone that area,and below date time where i can get clarrification

Double check it in 'www.gov.qa. When u check ur traffic violations under "check violations under car plate number" please make sure you mention the correct car type, like PRIVATE VEHICLE (for private car), PRIVATE TRANSPORT (for a private pickup,..). Otherwise you will get a wrong violation screened infront of you.

sometimes there is confusion between commercial and personal cars. just check out with the traffic department they will print the photo and then confirm or not the infraction.
be careful, if you do not pay, you will be unable to travel abroad

ask for proof. they will pull up picture of violation. Many people have done this and found out that it was not their car and had the fine dismissed.
