Traffic Fine

I have a traffic fine on one Thursday. But I didn’t go anywhere that day. Traffic doesn’t have a photo or sticker. How can I appeal it as they don’t have proof? I have my family and some friends who were with me that day.

Now a days we see cops near the signals,may be one of them for not wearing seat belt,head lights not on,over spped,talking on mobiles,etc etc they have many reasons to get their incentives.
Go to traffic and check,go with some Arabic speaking other wise you endup paying fine.
