What's the problem in giving 1 month notice to your landlord as mentioned in the contract???

I fear, if you won't follow atleast this, your landlord has every right to do anything...

As one has suggested above, visit RENTAL DISPUTE COMMITTE in MUMTAZAH AREA opposite to holiday inn/villa hotel...

Yeah, as per the contract, you've to either give them one month notice or rent.

GodFather.

If the Contract says one month notice then it is one month.

You might be talking to a front desk guy at your land lord's office (most likely). Try to get in touch with the owner or a manger and it will work out.

If not, then pay a visit to the tenancy disputes resolution department on Muntazah signal (next to the park)

Surely,if your contract states 1 months notice of leaving, then you will have to give 1 months notice? Are they trying to hold you to the 2 years?
