yes it is perfectly fine to stop on a roundabout. Take with you a picnic table, hamper and a flask of hot tea, relax in a comfortable chair and surround yourself with the peace and quiet. Someone you may know may pass you and stop behind your car for a chat as well, remember to take extra cups. Once finished, ask the instructor (when he has finished on the phone) if you can proceed. By the way speed limits are only advisory, really depends on your mood, i would say just try and average your speed out at around 100-120Km/h

First thing when you get in the car Say good morning or salam wa alaikum to the police then adjust your seat according to your convenience. Then adjust your center mirror and side mirror. Fasten your seat belt put down hand break and put off parking light. Before you start your vehicle first look in to the mirror if any vehicle is coming nearby from left side. After passing that vehicle put the signal and slowly drive to the lane. Then listen to the instruction of the police. Before chaning the lane you have to see the mirror and put proper signal. Also just see if the instructor ask you to park the car check, if the parking is alloted. Infront of gate you can't park. Also see never park on handicap parkign place. Also put the indicator and also look any vehicle on your side or nearby before parking. Before you come out handbreak and signal should apply. Before opening the door to come out see any vehicle or any person is nearby so that the door wont hit them. first thing you should not get nervous because the police is sitting nearby. You should be bold enough to handle the car and the car should be under your control. Also watch the speed limit provided. Some time police say go fast but watch the speed limit. also most of the people do the mistake some time the seat belt may be between the door. Police say no problem you go but do not go without pulling the belt inside and adjust your seat belt accordingly.

ALL THE TIME WHILE DRIVING NOT ONLY ON ROUND ABOUT. TRAFFIC IS RUNNING BASED ON GIVE AWAY CONCEPT. EVEN IF TRAFFIC IS NOT ON RA, You have to slow down look on your left and ensure that nothing is coming and then enter as the traffic that has entered before you has first right to cross the RA.

NO

but you have to slow down you speed when you are approaching to R/A

and

your head must turn to left to look

until you go into R/A

left signal must show when you go into R/A

stop the signal in the mid R/A

and show right signal when you are going out from R/A

you don't need to look at your head to the right

Don't forget to keep driving on your lane

Don't change the lane in R/A

that most people did in real condition and that is not correct
