Seeking advice on sub-renting flat from M/s 'Central Company for General Contracting & Trading' (Al-Hothi Co.)
Hello Q.L'ers:
I am seeking information/ advice/ opinion on sub-renting an apartment from M/s 'Central Company for General Contracting & Trading' (an A.M. Al-Hothi Co.) particularly, on their reliability/ trustworthness.
I also seek advice on the legal aspect, rights of a sub-tenant in such sub-renting arrangements where a real estate co. signs a contract with a) the landlord, say for 3 years or so & in turn signs another contract with b) the flat occupier (sub-tenant).
The above mentioned co. is a real estate co. which in the recent past has aquired few good residential projects from the qatari landlords/ owners & are in turn are renting it out to individuals.
A few interesting characteristics about the projects this co. is involved in is that these buildings have better finishing & room sizes but the rentals are in upfront part/ full cash payments for 3,6,12 months. The monthly rentals drop correspondingly.
The risk is committing cash amounts upfront and in case the landlord & the real estate co. fall out with each other.
Many including me face this major dilemna as whether to rent or not to rent ???
Please advice & facilitate my decision.
This co.'s office is located thus: go from Ramada signal onwards to Muntaza traffic lights, take a right turn, then take a left at the first r-about, proceed straight, pass a Tadmur Co. office on the right & enter a villa to the left.
Thanks in advance.

I took rented house from them and in general found no problems as of now. However in my building I dont find any maintenance even missing some basic amenities but I give them excuse as our building is new and hope they'll make it good no later than sooner.
