As i was on the Signal Today I saw a POLICE GUY, driving away from my side and he was not even putting the signal while changing the lane, so when i checked i saw he was busy on his mobile..!!!!!!
WTF............!!!!!
So Will he be penalized for talking on Phone while Driving?????

if he were in an emergency, i'm sure he'd have those police lights on top of his car ON!!!
Police have wireless system in their cars and connected with Bluetooth device...to manage official exigencies.
He must be attending his GF phones for some personal emergency..
I've seen loads off duty police driving like menace and have nearly been run off the road by one.I think that we should get them retrained in the highway code.....and I don't mean Doha's highway code!They should not be allow to wear their uniform when they want to drive like maniac's.
while they are on emergency,, they are permitted to do everything,, ex,,talk while driving,,jump the traffic light & many more,, so,,dont need to panic..!!
the only question now is ,, Was he on emergency???!!!!

you should snap a picture and put here so he get fine when it reaches to higher authorities . like this its a word of mouth no one blieve it ,next time dont forget to take a pic for evidence .
