Can anyone tell me the nearest residential places to Grand Hamad Street where my office will be located. I just wanted to check out the price of flats near to the office. I'll probably be looking for a studio flat or a 1 bed room apartment or at the most a 2 bed room one. Appreciate if can somebody also mention the price of the flats and how many days does it usually take to land in a flat ... Thanks in advance

i just rented a studio there, in a new apartment, near olympic sports, its 4500 ryals per month, unfurnished, and your share electricity bill, with the bigger apartment next to you (60-40) i have not yet moved in, since building will be complete on the 1st of feb, if interested pm me, and i will give you the real estate company's number

btw studio is 4500 and the bigger apartment, 2 bedroom and 1 living room is for 6500 i think
