Really Urgent! Plz help!

On thursday night at 2:30 am i was crossing Grand Hamad signal at the speed of 25 km per hour. I cudnt see the red light while turning left and the camera behind me blinked twice. However, i still dont see any traffic violation claim against my registration number on the website even till today.
My concerns are:
1# Wats the normal time it takes to actually see the violation claim/fine on the website.
2#. Since im going for eid holiday back to my home country on 5th of december, do i have to settle it before my exit or the authorities will ask me to submit the dues at the time of exit from the airport?
Kindly let me know if any1 has first hand information and guidance.

it takes 4 to 5 months sometimes , thats what i have been through, i mean i had no violations till july 2008 and suddenly i chekced my violations in september there was one with the date of 21st May 2008 so i dont know they said its a radar with 4 to 5 different road names, as long as its not on the net u can travel.
IF THURSDAY , IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS MAY BE MONDAY OR TUESDAY U GET IT UPDATED. IF THE CAR IS REGISTERED IN UR NAME U HAVE TO CLEAR FINES BEFORE U EXIT COUNTRY ELSE NO PROBLEM.

Do not go to traffic dept. to ask about this unless you see it over the net other wise forget about this matter some PPl are lucky & it might not be you the one camera flashed for.wait till you travel & if nothing happened don`t go & tell them fine me Please cause they will.
It takes about two days considering it was a Thursday night. You must go personally to traffic department and settle your fine its 6,000 QR otherwise you will be banned from travel
It generally takes 2 to 4 days to appear on their website. Since this had happened on Friday early morning u need to wait for a couple of days further.
The authorities will not let you embark if there are dues. They ought to be settled.
