what is the minimum speed for radar. i have seen 80 km/hr is anywere below this......please tell me the location

Just follow the limit mentioned on each sign board on teh road.

i also have not seen min speed req in Doha. yes you can see them in Dubai

I think you meant maximum limit right? I'm not aware of any minimum limits displayed. Just go with the flow then.

You will see the speed limit just before the radar, so it's very easy.

The speed limit is as posted on the round white sign with the red border. Best you just follow the rules then you don't need to worry about cameras

some roads are 60 km/h. where there is construction site it might be even lower and sometimes mobile Radar..
