Can someone please help me with this?

I have been recently offered a package of QR 7000 p/m for Project analysts role with HMC. Hence, want to know if this amount is sufficient for subjected role. What about accommodation? I have my wife alongside a kid. What do they offer in terms of accommodation. And, under which grade this role falls in?
