Price of Good Location 2 bed apt Doha

Hi
can anyone advise the approx price of a two bed unfurnished apt in a nice/good expat area of Doha (for those familiar, similar to Greens/Springs of Dubai), preferably with pool and gym facilities.
I know this is a "how long is a piece of string" sort of question but any and all advice would be so appreciated.
We have the choice of Company accommodation (not nice) or getting our own but with this comes a cost and we need to know what sort of monthly rent we would be looking at.
Otherwise, any good agents we should call?
Cheers,
F

faciedo prices should be coming down now ...
IMO, not many apartment here is up to expat standards as you know it (with swimming pool and all those facilities). I lived somewhere in najma. 8 years ago around us were all 1 storey villa, now they demolished the villa and built blocks of flats. They dressed up the place with free housekeeping, internet, but still the area is not very nice. Very busy and parking is a big problem.
Alot of flats in Doha .... YES ! But not many of them as good as for example Beverly Hills Al Rayyan. Hence that place is snapped out very quickly.
I cant recommend you any other places that I been myself apart of Beverly Hills Al Rayyan.
There are nicer place like Beverly Hills Tower just opposite city centre, but i think you wont get it for lesser than 16000 for 2 bedroom flat.
7-8000
confirmed.
thanks for the responses guys
yes Novita that was me on EW - head is seriously wrecked and having a deadline is not helping matters. So its safe to say that we would get a nice 2 bed apt in a nice area for 11K?
cheers

faciedo, i think i read your post on expatwoman, just about to ask LisaEW to tell you to tell your hubby to look at Beverly Hills Al Rayyan. That compound is very popular, my friend paying 3 bed QR 11000, they have nice swimming pool , squash court and it is inside the compound.
range from QR 9000 to QR 12000.
