you give cheques for 12 months..suppose you sign the contract now, you get 3 months free(Dec,Jan,Feb) and you have to give 12 cheques starting from Mar 2010 to Feb 2011.
The rent is 5000+ 200(E+W)0= 5200
When you sign the contract, you have to give a cheque for the 3 free month's electricty and water( 3X200=600 QR)
And another cheque for QR 5000 , the safety deposit..
5,150 QR and they will offer you 3 months for free, but you have to pay a one month deposit in cash upon signing the contract, the contract duration is 1 year and 3 months....
