I want to buy a new 4X4, I am still new here, only 3 weeks, i need you to help me selecting from the following three cars and advice if their is better in the same range.
1) Nissan Pathfinder.4.0Lt, 130'000RQ
2) Pajero 3.0Lt.130'000RQ
3) Exeplorer.4.0Lt 99'000RQ

Between pathfinder and pajero i find the pathfinder has stronger engine, altough for other thing rather than engine the pajero is better, i think I realy don't know.

For the explorer it is a very good price regarding the options and space, this makes me confuse where did this defferance in price than the other two go????

I wouldn't take any of the 3 but I would advise you to ask the Ford dealer how your warranty would be affected if Ford falls on harder times like Chrysler or GMC... They are only slightly better off at the moment...

From the 3 option,

I would prefer Pathfinder

But look only problem..

In look, I love the old model than new one..

Hi,

I would suggest you TOYOTA as it is a maintenance free vehicle. TOYOTA FJ Cruiser would be a better choice if you like its retro look. Vehicle is very handly & powerful and suitable for on-road / off-road drive. The price would be approx. 120,000 for medium option.

The second choice would be TOYOTA Prado.

I just want to comment on the prices you have mentioned. It seems these are the prices shown on the signs beside the cars in the showroom.

These prices are negotiable. You would be amazed how much you can bring them down. You can get the Pajairo 3:0L for around 100 K (low options) and the pathfinder starts from 105K and the middle options (which you really don’t need more) for 116K

Pathfinder is a good option if you are ok with the shape. If you will go for the Pajairo get the 3.8 L and not the 3.0 L, the difference in performance is huge.

In Qatar it is always advisable to go for the Japanese cars. European /American cars have very low re-sale value and expensive spare parts.

The Prado is money in the bank as they say.

good luck

Try Honda Pilot. Its a wonderful SUV.

Forget SUV's and go for American muscle like a shelby mustang GT500.

Go for your first choice and that is the best. The technology and safety standards are best for Pajero.

You don't need to choose, just replace the three cars in your list with Toyota PRADO and it'll be the perfect solution for you!

If u really want a good 4x4 y dont u chk out the Nissan Patrol.

Or the Toyota Land cruiser,

The dodge Durango and new Jeep Cherokee's are really good as well,

All the above are any day better than a Nissan Pathfinder or Mitsubishi Pajero...

Go for the Explorer, it is a really good 4x4 made by Ford.

And the price is good.
