hi there, i would like to know what is the penatly on not renewing the registration of car (isthimara) as my friend's car registration expired on march 2007 and till now he didnt renewed it as he was not aware of the process he came last year here. plz help and tell me so that i can guide him correctly

for company vehicle fine can not be exempted but personal vehicle it can be exempted but not for all give traffic department some geniune reason and they wave off or reduce it.

1500qr fine plus one year jail sentence to your friend and 6months jail to u for not informing traffic dept.hehehe
