Need suggestion regarding traffic laws in Qatar

Today I receive an email regarding new traffic laws in Qatar. One of the points are confusing me, and I need some suggestion from all of you.. The points are:

'Changing a vital part of the vehicle without a written permission from the authorities, violators will be given 3 negative points'

My car is a 2006 Honda Accord. I have replace the original 15 inches rims and thick tire with a 20 inches rims and thin tire. Then the car are lowered with a sport suspension. Is this kind of modification allowed without need to apply for written permission from authorities? Or should I apply for permission? Please kindly suggest, thank you..

you dont have to worry about this 'Changing a vital Part' refers to any such change to disguise the identity of the car or any modification which might be unsafe.

As such you dont have to worry about this.

Changing the vital parts of the vehicle means changing the body color, engine replacement or reshaping the body of the car.
