Hi everyone,

Need help from those who know the area to be able to short list areas/developments for renting, when we come over in few months.

Requirements are:

- 1 Bed and not a studio (kitchen separate rather than open plan if possible)
- Sea-facing
- Balcony (even if its small)
- Higher the floor, better it is
- Pool (shared)

Budget under 9k
