hi all,
a nepalese citizen( my relative), he completed full course of 40 days for light driving.but unfurtunately he got failed the test.he spent approx 4000 his own money. he said that he done good test but he asked to personnels at driving school what reason is being fail? they said " becouse of not paiying extra money them". now he asked them and he can join the minimum course of 12 days. he has nepalese light driving licence but not possible to have direct test in any driving school becouse his company not giving letter for driving test or course. if anyone can arrange and get him driving licence without course and test he is ready to pay 1000 to 1500 riyal. if anybody can help him, do kind favour for him. waiting for yours response, call or sms. contact number is 77497160.

Lol ha ha stupid license with out NOC and driving course go back to Nepal bai, it is impossible here in Qatar.............
