Is it advicable to take manual gear used vehicle, will there be any problem in that? We should have manual gear licence for driving these vehicles. pls suggest me?
a good maintenance history, I think, is much more important than the brand of a car. I bought a KIA Rio2005 from a Philipino, manual gear. So far, it's proved itself a good runner. If there is no service history available, I suggest, you let the owner drive his car for some while, and then you can tell his driving style and if he takes good care of his car.

Chev. Depends on the model, but better go for Toyota or Nissan as the maintenance is cheaper and parts easily available.
thanks.

No problem; easier maintenance.
Yes you have to go through manual / normal driving license
