lulu hypermarket

hi i am a new user, my first post.
i will be visiting doha for the first time for a job interview in a couple of weeks and i have looked on a couple of maps to to no avail. can any one please direct me to the lulu hypermarket ??? in which area is this located and decent large land marks. so i cross refer back to on my maps

huge difference between the two ... even in the location and the kind of the stuff that each is selling.
Lulu Center - In front of HMC.
Lulu Hypermarket - Al-Hilal.

Coffindodger01 my guess is that Karwa will take you all the way to Lulu Centre (the one near Hamad)and say..."duh....Lulu-Hyper...oh you didnt say hyper....ok we'll go to hyper ..." - that will be another QR25, which means he will get you out of the cab for a min of QR50 or thereabout.
Make sure you tell him "Hyper" & "near the Airport"
Mark my words especially if it is a "Mallu" Keralite-Indian Karwa driver.
Philipino Karwa drivers are good.
sadly, some cabbies still don't know where Lulu hyper is. Traveling from City Center one day and going to LuLu, the cabbie took me twoards Wakrah!!!
the places i knew for the first week were corniche, city center and lulu hyper..
in case a karwa driver doesn't know it... he shud b thrown out of qatar

Would suggest just hop into a cab and tell them to take you to Lulu Hpermarket. That way you could ensure yourself a stress free ride.
Have not heard of a roundabout referred to as the "cuban embassy" roundabout but that's not saying it's not there.
Yes, it's on D-ring road near The Mall. If you are coming from the airport you will just go straight out of the airport at the red light. If you are coming from a different direction it gets trickier because of massive road construction.

for you i got other solution. got to the ground floor.get into a window stand up close ur eyes and jump feel jumpin from 100th floor ok and u will be fine soon :)

JUST after you land at the airport in doha. and come out of the airport get in Karwa and tell him take me to hyperlulu.SIMPLE.

Hi search on the map for the mall R/A on the d-ring road.If you got it go straigt to the airport and you will find the Lulu exact after the mall r/a.
