Is it possible to install extra satellite channels in Ezdan apartment towers?

Hi

We've just moved to Ezdan towers in Westbay and would like to subscribe for more satellite channels on TV. Is it necessary to install a satellite dish for our apartment (us bearing the cost of course - but we're on the 21st floor!)? If not would we be able to get other satellite channels by getting our decoder (for services eg. Mozaic, Showtime etc.). Help - anybody with advice?
