The international drivers permit IDP, is not a licence. It is just a translation of your Qatar licence in multiple languages. It is not valid anywhere in the world unless you have the original licence also.
so with the original licence + the IDP, you can drive in most parts of the world.

go to regency travel and tours which is in Al-Sadd, You need to give them a copy of your ID card and Qatari Driving License, They will charge QR 150 or 250 & you will get your international driving license in 2 days.

I have License QATAR and India, But I need Apply international License.Any body making Int from qatar please let me know.
To my understanding any travel agent can do that for you.
Go to a travel agency, ask for the requirements and apply (it should be no more than 3 days and around 400 QAR)
