Hi
i have to get the car repaired from the insurance company of the other person (who was at fault).
Question, will i have to pay depreciation on parts or is it fully covered by the insurance company? the car is 2005 model and so far i was under the impression that full cost is covered by the person who was at fault (either his insurance company or his own pocket). Not clear about depreciation though. Appreciate if someone with experience can share.
