Brother 1st prepare your CV then search job through online and apply job through online. Do not go to manpower agency. They will ask you huge money and sometime false. If any company like your CV they will call you sponsor you.

Apply for a job and the company will sponsor you or if you know anyone who can help you to apply for a visa, much better and buy a ticket, board a plane...binggo...you are in doha qatar...but you have to be sure that flight you are taking is bound for qatar...good luck....
Look into major / popular news papers regularly, talk to people who had already worked in gulf countries, be ready to leave your family behind, pray hard, one day you will be successful, Good Luck !!
