IF THE COURT SAY TO VACATE HOUSE

Dear sir/madam,

If the decision of court say " vacate the house"

My question is HOW MANY DAYS OR MONTH to compy with...
base on the existing Laws... any certain period ?.. lets say within 1 month or 2 month or etc.... so we can find suitable place during that period... Shall I pay my rent also during that period.. Please Answer as i need to plan accordingly..

vacate the premises as soon as possible bro. dont wait for the cops. you could easily find a new place if you really want to.

when court says this, they will give you dead line, which is mostly one week only

Generally, the court order mentions the date by which the premises is to be vacated. Please go through t he court order again. You should pay the rent for the period you occupy the premises.

The time to vacate is usually in the court order.

You have to pay rent for every day you live there, unless the landlord agrees to keep you there for free.
