HSBC Personal Loan & Termination
I have taken personal loan from HSBC and now I have lost my job due to termination. All my benefits were transferred to the bank and my account is also freezed. The bank wants to take legal action and they informed me they already put a travel ban. What are the options available to me to overcome this miserable situation? I plan to start up a small business and in the process of transferring my visa to the new company. Any comments are welcome!

best thing is that ask help for human rights, they can guide you properly.
many people, many openions, so take action by your self.
if there is travel ban, no need to worry, actually it is good for you. please dont be hopless. strugle hard to reach out to labor court and human rights. specially human rights. i am sure they will help you and they may send your case to ministry of interior and they may change your sponsorship temperorlly period till you case is solved.
or if you have any relative who can take gurantee to the bank.
dont hopless - there is alwasy solutions to any matter.

well HSBC is getting one of the worst bank in Qatar, just bring your Termination Letter to the bank and keep one copy for yourself, talk to the Branch Manger, they could help you. if this one does't work, then let them DO the legal action, as long you have your TL with you, you will be fine from Police of what ever. keep looking for new jon or just Start your own ASAP.

Best way to transfer this loan to the bank in your native
country ( either HSBC or any othet bank). And it possible If you have some asset there, against which you will get your loan passed there. Pls check with your bank at your country. That is the only way.
Simple bank insurance ( i guess 1% of your loan amount) is applicable only if the person who took loan and run away, so that bank will approach to the insurance company to get there balance loan amount and insurance company will try to trace the person.

You need to either:
1- Pay the loan.
2- Get a new sponsor and new salary, continue the loan.
Are you sure? the loan can be claimed from Insurance company. As per the bank, we have no options left other than to face legal
Tell your bank that you paid for loan insurance.
If you were terminated and no means of paying the bank they can claim that with the insurance.
