How to solve this Big Traffic problem?

On a particular day when I was at home with my Family & my Car was in my Garage, the Traffic department sent me a SMS from Metrash that I have violated the Traffic rules on that day & imposed me a fine of 500 QR.
I was astonished to find this & after contacting the Traffic Dept several times, they could not produce the snapshot of my car.
But the Police guy there said I have to go to the court to solve this issue.
Can anyone help me, how can I solve this issue.

Was your car totally broke down to leave it in garage ?

If it was in driving condition, check with your garage guy whether any body used during those days.

Check with traffic the reason / exact time & place of violation charged with this you can trace the culprit.

Pay the fine. or you will be charged the fine and court charges.

Better to visit the police station rather than talk on the phone to them.
