Normally, 40kg in 2 boxes is safe plus 10kg hand carry..then send home the rest via sea cargo or air cargo, even if your company is giving amount for your extra baggage, be practical.

...

peace out

you can take home all your things, and ship those that are in excess of the plane's baggage allowance.

Call up the Qatar Aviation baggage services department and they will be able to guide you as to how much you can hand carry, have accompanied and what will be the cost of the excess baggage.

You can call 180 to get their contact no.

If you fly Doha to Cebu via QatarAirways they allow 50kg and 10 kgs for handcarry. And it costs you a lot for the extra.......

if you are leaving qatar for good... some companies are giving a contract benefits that they will take care your extra baggage once you leave the company.. but for airlines the carrier it will be treated as a regular passenger.

It will depend on the airline conditions for luggage per pax. Ussualy it's around 25 kg/pax, but then some extra weight is allowed but you will have to pay for that.

Check with airline.
