How to lodge police complaint against Boston logistics / Harisfiros mobile no 5251455
I had booked cargo shipment of household items from Doha to Mumbai (Thane),as I gave the total Door to Door shipment order to Bostonlogistics, the representative Harifiros took the complete order and total payment including, packing, loading, transport, insurance, octroi, unload etc. He said there is ship on dock and they are loading on 27th Oct 2009, the assurance was the shipment will reach india house in 45 days. The total items given were 67,(eg fridge, clothes in boxes, washing machine, microwave, ......).
The cargo was not delivered till I placed call daily from india and only half was sent i.e 33 items) in Feb 2010 second week.
In last week of Feb 2010 I was informed the remaining cargo of 34 items will be delivered and I have been calling sending emails but they will reply after about a week later the cargo will be delivered.
They donot answer to the phones, it is kept ringing and later it is switched off, my major items such as fridge, washing machine, cooking range, books, clothes etc have not been delivered and now it is May 2010 and I donot know how long I have to keep requesting.I am presently in India, I would like to place a complain against the following and recover my cargo.
