HOW TO GET HOUSE RENT DEPOSIT BACK FROM HOUSE HONOUR?
I HAVE PAID 1000 QAR DEPOSIT TO MY HOUSE HONOUR. BUT NOW HE IS NOT GIVING ME 1000 QAR. I SHOWN BANK STATEMENT THAT SHOW THAT HE HAS RECEIVED THIS MONEY BUT HE IS SAYING IN HIS ACCOUNT IT IS NOT CRADITED. IN MY HOSUSE CONTRACT IT IS ALSO MENTION THAT 1000QAR AS A DEPOSIT.
ACTUALLY HE IS A SECOND HONOUR OF THAT VILLA. HE MODIFIED THAT VILLA AND HE GIVEN THAT VILLA FOR RENT TO 4 FAMILY.PLEAE ADVICE HOW TO GET THAT 1000 QAR
i suggest just talk that person nicely to get your money back!or consume it if you still in that villa and vacate that place!next time if you give deposit you should ask written agreement,specially if second party THE SPECIALIST SAID IF U HAVE DOCUMENTS GO TO POLICE...
POLICE CANNOT DO ANYTHING U CAN FILE THE CASE BUT IT TAKES TIME BETTER JUST ASK YOUR MONEY BACK IN A MANNER WAY!!!GOODLUCK!!!
These landlords sometimes really S**K. IF you have everything documented, then you can go to police.
Its Easy, if you are still in the villa deduct the 1000 from the monthly rent, if you are not , ask him to come with you to his bank to check together, if he didnt accept to go to bank, i think you have to fight with him untill you get that back,
