How can I protest against a violation?
Dear all, We got a violation on our car. At khalifa station they told us to go to Mamoura statation. At Mamoura station the officer told he would check into the violation and would call me back. Now after 4 weeks we have heard nothing. Detail is that at the time they quoted on the violation we were at home and the car was in our garage.
In the newspaper there was an article not too long ago about the MOI setting up a window for inquiries about violations. Does anyone know were this window is and how to proceed?

In the mean time I am looking for a job... if someone has some ideas it would be appreciated, I have a Facilities management degree and a hospitality work background.
