I need to travel to Some other country so therefore, I need Qatari international driving licence, how can i obtain it ?

Also the CAR RENTAL Agencies (like Al-Muftah) issue International Driving Licenses. I got mine from Al-Muftah.

and you will need to take along your qatari licence and two passport photos. they'll make it for you while you wait.
