That is a multi-factorial issue. Drivers licenses issued from certain countries may be exempted from the exam. It also depends on your profession, time of the day and ultimately the Officers decision because he is the one that will either exempt you or not. The best solution would be to ask at your workplace assuming you have a job and they may be able to help you out with it.
Another option would be to go to the Traffic Dept. and ask there, you could be offered to take the exam for a nominal fee but you will need to bring a car with you or rent one for the day from the Traffic Dept.
Can you go to any driving school jest showing your driving license and get appointment your diving test or you have international driving license you can direct chinch Qatar tem driving license.
