how is barwa quality?

I heard that barwa quality is not very good, the rooms are very small like that. Is it true?

I am a resident of Barwa Mesaimeer, i must say that Barwa has provided a perfect family atmosphere for a very reasonable rent. Most outstanding feature is that the ground floor is dedicated for people with special needs. All the appartments have large rooms (bigger than those in many areas, charging atleast 7000/month whereas Barwa is charging just QR. 3000/month).

Large parking spaces, landscaped areas and 5-6 parks/playgrounds for childred, mosque, shopping center, gym, s.pool, nursury... I m happy and satisfied (Alhamdulillah). Well done Barwa! and thanks alot.
