Hi All , Shortly I shall be relocating to Qatar some time in Feb 2009.
My Salary is 3750USD + 2100USD( Housing Allowance)
Request you all to tell if this budget is good enough for me to look for a flat or apartment in Qatar. And how much can i save in my salary ?

If you are looking for two bedroom apartment in Doha city, thn you will not get less than 8000 Riyal(2200USD),
That is also may not be best place in Doha, House allowance should be 2800 USD to get good house in Doha.

Your salary is quite enough to save and lead a good life over here, since the house rent going to reduce soon, you can find a 2 bedroom flat in a descent amount.

Hope you are Indian. For an Indian this is ok. You can makes good savings too.But remember your savings % purely depend on your life style.

It is slightly below average for a 2 bedroom flat in an average area. Considering that rents are supposed to be decreasing at the moment you should be able to find a place if you look around.
