HELP !!! what paper needed for buying used car

im going to have a deal on buying a used car, i need to know what paper is needed to change the permit into my name. and is it possible to do it in any traffic office or i have to go to madinat khaifa... help pleaseeeee

Spych999 is right. Don't fill that police application form by hand. U have to go to a typist, pay him Qr.10. U need ur ID card, and car registration to fill in that form. Go to any near by police station with the owner of the car and documents e.g Car registration, Copy of ur I.D, Copy of Owner ID, Copy of insurance. It should not take longer than 10 minutes.

Ok first you need a letter from your sponsor giving you permission to buy the car.
2nd u need a police application form (or whatever its called), this is available from any used car showroom.
Have this filled in, take the application form, the letter and the cars document card to madinat khalifa and it should be done in about 10 minutes.
