Has anybody have a bad experience with 'THE WALL REAL ESTATE'for receiving his security deposit.I rented a flat from them last year and at the end of the contract although I fulfilled all my obligations they are not paying my security deposit.Think twice if you are planning to rent a flat from them.How is the legal procedure for that.Can anybody clarify.Thanks

MARHABA GOLD JEWELLERS are another trouble & dodgy real estate company. It wd be nice for those planning to rent to be so cautious /not to deal with them at all.RAGU is so dodgy!
