Do you know somebody here in Doha whose job is to help and facilitate the required processes of car insurance claims? From police report, shop quotation, QIC approval up to actual repair job.

The winshield of my car was hit by a stone somewhere in Al Sadd last Saturday. However, it was only yesterday that i noticed a 1-inch crack on the glass..and it gets longer everytime am using the car.

I went to police station last saturday to report and the duty officer said "speak arabic"... okay, i just said "shukran" and then went out.

Please let me know if you could refer somebody doing this kind of job.
