Faced problems getting deposit back from EZDAN?

I finished my contract with Ezdan4, got my clearance and was told that deposit would be returned in a week's time, upon enquiry this was extended to 2-3 weeks as person-in-charge BUSY! Now they say they lost papers and I have to travel to & fro Wakra-Doha to find missing papers!! Why?

Is it a ploy to deny due amount, trying to keep money with them as long as possible or just incompetence? Anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions to get back my hard earned money?
