Hi All,
I'd like to hear your comments if you know/live in these villages (mostly Ezdan 4 or 3). I assume the later number is the newest compound.

1) I saw an ad that indicates that only 15 minutes to Doha. Is this really true with taking into account of traffic?

2) I work at Barwa City (toward industrial area). Is there a fastest route to/from Ezdan Village and how long approximately?

3) How are the amenities within these villages especially the gym and pool as I have young children to keep them entertaining?

4) What about rental cost for 2 or 3 bedroom apartment (fully furnished ones)?

5) It's a silly question but I take my chances. How professional are the maintenance and property management?

I'd really appreciate your input. Thanks in advance.
