Ezdan Village 23/24 -Rented flat: is it a good option?

I am new to Doha and recommended for a 2bhk accomodation at Ezdan villege 23 or 24, any idea of these flats in terms of Commuting daily from doha -Airport signal,maintenance service,Safety,local shops in nearby. It would be a great help if anyone already lives there and share experience on this.

I have shifted Finally in Ezdan Village 24 last month, and found it a wonderful place to live with all the facilities a big Gated township should have.

Maintenance team is very active as far as I observed. Well connected with Wakra and Doha city, It takes 20 Min. to reach to Airport/D Ring Road-FFC/LuLu Center on drive. Grocery shop is not yet started in Ezdan 24 , nearest departmental store is located at Tahseer Petrol Station (1.5km). Al Meera supermarket (Wakra), Bhuvan School(KG-I & KG II),Wakra Hospital (pediatric section at the moment),Atlas Medical Center (Barwa),Wakra health centre, Center point mall(Barwa) are the nearby places.

Few issues as well:

1: Kids play area is not fully developed yet, Mgm. says that it will be completed soon.
