Eye test required for changing Saudi license to Qatari?

I've read the threads regarding converting Saudi driving license to Qatari, and got the impression that you just need to bring the official papers to Al-Gharrafa Traffic Dept., where you get it done on the spot...

Could someone please clarify if an eye test is also required?

Thanks.

Whether you are changing from one DL to another,

or even re-newing your DL

You must have an eye test done ( either in the Marour its self or done outside ).

I did it in the police station when I converted my Bahraini driving license, but this was before 2 years.

Probably. But they will do the eye test there at the police station. No charge.
