I have an friend of mine from India. He is currently working for a limosine company. He has been in Qatar for 14 years with no accidents. Business is slow and he would like another car driving job. His company will give him an NOC. I have used him approximatley 3 days every week for the last 6 months. He is a very good person and an excellent driver.
