Vika - it's really bad in that building, especially in my flat, as they have no false ceiling, and the people upstairs from me rearrange their furniture EVERY day! :o(
I have stayed at Al Emadi apartment for 5 years - maintenance is great. Now staying at Al Asmakh maintenance is ok but not as good as Al Emadi
Its been more than a year for us....no complaints so far. Excellent I would say.
Thanks for the screeching advise though the same problem is everywhere.
BTW, handy hint:
Don't drag your furniture across the floor. The sound reverberates in the flat below!!!
