Thank you Lucky and Mark,
Your feed backs are very useful not only me for everybody who is trying to get licence.
I recently passed my driving test in Doha, I used United Driving School, that are just behind the Thurs Fri Souq, off Salwa Rd.
Firstly I had to get a form from the driving school, and take it to an opticians for an eye test (you will need to take a passport photo with the form) that cost about 20QR.
I then booked my lessons, this cost me 1900QR for half a course (as I had driven before). I dont know how much it cost for a full course, but I dont think it would be that much more. you will need a further 2 passport size photos.
I would advise your friend to book the lessons as early in the day as possible, as there was a 2 month waiting list, so I opted for the 5am slot and started the following day.
Hope this helps.
there is many driving schools with difrent cost and for test the charge 50 b4 and when pass the test then he have to pay 250 for licince .
all the best
