took the full course (40 days) at Al-Rayah, took her driving test twice (she failed the first one, pocket parking), complete evrything in 25-days lesson!

BTW, she took the manual car! They have a Pinay instructress there but very occupied. There is one who don't need to be given a pocket money but is on vacation right now, his name is Chandra, a Nepalese. Really a gentleman. He was the instructor of my wife (pass the driving within ten days (but she drives back home), and my daughter. If you want him, take the earliest schedule at 5 am or the late schedule at 8 or 9 pm. The guy is also a well-occupied (in terms of demand for his service. A very neat Nepalese guy!

Dont go to Al Rayah...if you go ...you are in for 6 mths at least (unless you already know to drive).

All Schools have Automatic...though its a little costlier by around QR 500.

Please note: With Automatic licence you cannot drive a manual car!

they could be having, you could walk in the office and ask the clerks about it. they will give you contacts.

as for the best instructor, if you pay those instructors some pocket money anybody will turn out the best.

they do offer automatic for ladies
